Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Full-Time Recovery Coach for the Families FIRST program in the Phoenix area. The role focuses on outreach, engagement, and linkage to community supports for families involved with DCS and substance use treatment.

The position requires high school-level education with BH experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage time and travel across multiple valley locations. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• BHPP with high school diploma or GED and six weeks BH experience
• One year of continuous work experience in behavioral health
• BHT with high school/GED and 3 years BH experience

Responsibilities

• Initial Outreach: contact the client within 24 hours of referral
• Explain confidentiality laws and obtain written consent to coordinate care with DCS and other agencies
• Notify the DCS Specialist if outreach is unsuccessful and discuss alternatives
• Make multiple outreach attempts within five business days and document attempts
• Complete and upload documentation in client records per licensing and company policy
