Job summary

The Home Depot in Sacramento is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team and influence the distribution workforce to run the center safely, efficiently, and productively. You will manage team members, hire, evaluate, develop, discipline and terminate hourly associates under your supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage processes and ensure operations procedures are followed effectively; identify improvements.

• Hire, evaluate, discipline and terminate hourly staff in assigned department.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and analyze key metrics (productivity, quality, expenses).
• Plan staffing to meet production goals and reduce irregularities.
