Job summary

The Home Depot in Stockton, CA is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team and influence the distribution center's operations to run safely and productively. This role manages 20 to 30 associates, hires, evaluates, develops, and takes corrective actions as needed.

You'll drive process improvements, coach staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and plan staffing to meet business goals. The position requires flexibility with shifts and relocation as needed; travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Managing Process: ensure operations procedures are followed and identify improvements.
• Coaching and Developing Associates: coach, train, evaluate, and manage hourly staff.
• Drives Results: maintain inventory accuracy and drive key metrics.
• Business Planning: plan staffing and monitor performance against the business plan.
• Additional Responsibilities: perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
