Sephora Mississippi Distribution Center is seeking a DC Specialist to perform a range of operational, clerical, and reporting duties including waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, and audits. A thorough knowledge of department operations is essential for success.

Essential functions emphasize adherence to SOPs, safety, and proactive collaboration with leadership, while delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a distribution center/warehouse preferred.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all established SOPs to ensure integrity of work and production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental methods and SOPs.
• Proactively respond to direction from leadership including Shift Coordinators and management.
• Follow safety rules and report violations to supervision.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility for shifts and overtime.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
