Sephora is seeking an Inventory Control Shift Coordinator 1 for the Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. This role partners with associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met, while balancing inventory and coordinating communication across shifts.

The position emphasizes leadership in task assignment, use of WMS, and maintaining excellent attendance. Candidates should have a college degree or relevant work experience and proficiency with MS Excel,

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ability to learn computer systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task against deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to cross-train and support multiple work areas.
• Ability to work well in a team and take instruction as well as lead others.

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor tasks to team members to meet productivity goals.
• Balance inventory and oversee flow of communication between shifts.
• Operate and maintain WMS and in-house systems for tracking activities.
• Communicate daily work goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates to improve performance.
• Uphold safety rules, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
