Job summary

Sephora’s Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead daily operations and supervise non-exempt staff within inventory control. You will drive on-floor leadership, performance evaluations, and safety initiatives to meet service and budget goals.

The role requires a logistics-focused degree or equivalent experience, WMS expertise (JDA preferred), and strong MS Office/data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• College degree in a logistics-related field, or five to ten years of relevant / related work experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as JDA or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Inventory Control staff and coordinate with staffing agencies.
• Spend majority of time on the floor coaching and guiding associates.
• Allocate equipment and labor to meet service levels and budgets.
• Conduct regular quality and accuracy audits.
• Administer policies and provide performance feedback to team.
• Plan and oversee cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Ensure safety protocols and training align with operations.
