Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. You will oversee maintenance operations, supervise technicians, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safe, reliable building systems and equipment.

You will lead preventive maintenance, enforce OSHA standards, and mentor a team to enhance skills and performance. The role requires strong project management, troubleshooting, and communication abilities in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3+ years in facilities supervision.
• Experience with Automated Process Control or Material Handling Equipment.
• HVAC systems understanding.
• Lock-out/Tag-out and OSHA safety compliance.
• Welding/fabrication experience.
• Extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• CFM certification or pursuing it is a plus.
• Electrical/mechanical millwright training is a plus.
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Direct assessment, repair, and documentation for equipment and facility preventive maintenance.
• Supervise Preventive and Predictive Maintenance for material handling equipment and building HVAC.
• Develop action plans to prevent facility problems in partnership with Facilities Manager.
• Ensure parts stock for maintenance is maintained for efficiency.
• Maintain OSHA and state safety standards for maintenance activities.
• Provide safety training for maintenance and facility management requirements.
• Guide Maintenance Team for skill development and performance.
• Ensure Maintenance Technicians meet standards and safety policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure work meets terms.
