Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for the Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. The role oversees non-exempt staff in inventory control and drives day-to-day operations to meet service goals.

You will lead on-floor coaching, assign work, and coordinate with staffing agencies, while identifying process improvements and ensuring safety and efficiency across the team. A competitive base salary and bonus eligibility are offered.

Qualifications

• College degree in a logistics-related field or 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS); knowledge of JDA preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Inventory Control staff, including Workflow Coordinators and Associates, and coordinate with the staffing agency for temporary workers.
• Spend ~75% of time on the operational floor coaching, developing, and giving performance feedback.
• Effectively manage equipment and labor resource allocation to meet service levels and budgets.
• Ensure quality and accuracy control audits are conducted regularly.
• Administer policies and provide counseling to associates on performance and conduct.
