Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Experience in distributing or warehouse operations.
• Ability to train and coach up to 50 hourly associates.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Operation Supervisor to lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates.
• Utilize warehouse tools including RF Guns and kiosks to log LM and WMS transactions.
• Follow SOPs and maintain safety and orderliness.
• Train and coach associates to meet goals and service levels.
• Mentor teammates for current roles and future opportunities.
• Develop and share best practices.
• Foster a positive environment encouraging feedback and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a safe working environment and report safety concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
