Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor in Ohio to lead an hourly team and drive efficient distribution center operations. You will manage 20–30 associates, oversee hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations, and ensure safety and productivity across processes.

Responsibilities include enforcing procedures, training staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with leadership to meet business targets. This role requires strong leadership and strong computer/WMS skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years supervisory experience in distribution or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong computer skills and experience with WMS.
• Must be eighteen years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead an hourly team of 20–30 associates to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient merchandise handling.
• Coach and develop associates; conduct evaluations; manage hiring, discipline, and terminations as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; monitor key metrics; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and leadership to align staffing and production with business plans.
