Job summary

Judge Direct Placement in Hebron, KY, seeks a Distribution Center Manager to lead end-to-end DC operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound shipping. You will coach supervisors and frontline staff, drive key metrics, and ensure safety and inventory controls are in place.

The role requires 7+ years in distribution or manufacturing operations and Lean/Six Sigma certification; SAP/Oracle experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; experience considered in lieu.
7+ years in distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing ops.
7+ years of people leadership including large teams.
Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred.
ERP experience with SAP or Oracle preferred.
Experience with inventory control and logistics operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead daily DC operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing, outbound shipping.
Coach and develop supervisors and frontline teams.
Drive metrics: order accuracy, on-time delivery, productivity, cost.
Ensure inventory accuracy via controls and cycle counting.
Optimize labor planning, staffing, and workflow.
Champion safety culture and OSHA compliance.
Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity, quality, cost.
Partner with supply chain, transportation, and customer service.
Manage operating budgets and identify cost savings.
