Job summary

You will lead supervisors and hourly associates, drive safety and efficiency, and partner with senior leaders to meet cost-to-serve targets while enabling career development for staff. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with travel minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Experience in improving warehouse processes and cost-to-serve metrics.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, warehouse, outbound, and transportation operations.
• Lead supervisors and hourly associates to maximize productivity.
• Drive safety, security, and operational metrics daily/weekly/monthly.
• Develop and coach associates; ensure a union-free, employee-centered culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize layout and processes for efficiency.
• Manage relationships with 3PL or onsite delivery as needed.
