Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead 20–30 hourly associates and influence the distribution team to run efficiently, safely and productively.
• Hire, evaluate, develop, discipline and terminate hourly associates as needed.
• Develop and implement team goals aligned with operational priorities.
• Ensure prompt, efficient and accurate handling of merchandise and drive inventory accuracy and process improvements.
