Tractor Supply Company is hosting its 2027 Distribution Center Operations Summer Internship in Pendleton, IN, onsite for 11 weeks starting May 2027. Interns will work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced DC environment, gaining hands-on experience in inbound/outbound operations, inventory flow, productivity, and safety under experienced leaders.

Participants will develop leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with opportunities to lead projects and contribute to meaningful improvements,

Competenze

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field; rising seniors preferred.
• Proven leadership through prior roles, internships, or campus activities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must relocate to Pendleton, IN for the internship duration.
