Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Maumelle, AR, invites driven students to join its 2027 Distribution Center Operations Summer Internship Program. This 11-week onsite internship (May 2027) offers hands-on DC experience, leadership exposure, and potential future opportunities within the company.

You will work on inbound/outbound operations, inventory flow, safety, and team leadership, while developing skills in problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience through employment, internships, or campus activities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across Distribution Center operations, focusing on product flow, productivity, quality, and safety.
• Partner with DC leaders and team members to support daily priorities and performance goals.
• Develop leadership by communicating expectations, building relationships, and supporting team members.
• Analyze operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement to support performance.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving efficiency, quality, productivity, and safety.
• Demonstrate adaptability and sound decision-making in changing priorities.
• Take initiative, accept accountability, and apply feedback for continuous development.
• Complete additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
