Home Depot Distribution Center in Massachusetts seeks a DC Assistant General Manager to oversee inbound, warehouse, outbound and office operations in a 500,000+ sq ft facility. You will supervise a team of DC Operations Managers and partner with the General Manager to drive productivity and cost efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years leadership in distribution, a Bachelor's in operations or supply chain preferred, proficiency with MS Office, and willingness to relocate and work weekends.

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Leadership and people-management capabilities preferred.

• Assists General Managers with evaluating work methods, staffing, and procedures to optimize movement and processing of product.
• Gives recommendations on cost-to-serve objectives and drives continuous improvement.
• Ensures operational excellence across warehouse areas and proper warehouse layout and safety practices.
• Coaches and develops the management team through on-floor coaching and formal evaluations.
• Upholds a safety-focused culture and monitors safety metrics daily, weekly and monthly.
