• Requires 2+ years in leadership roles in a DC/warehouse environment.

• Proficiency with MS Office suite and ability to manage schedules and data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, warehouse, outbound and transportation operations to ensure safety and productivity.
• Support GM/AGM in evaluating work methods and staffing for optimal efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost-to-serve and improve service levels.
• Coach and develop associates; foster a union-free, employee‑centered culture.
• Enforce safety policies and monitor operational metrics daily, weekly and monthly.
