Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years’ experience in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Experience with WMS and distribution equipment (conveyors, MHE).

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence in all warehouse areas and efficient WMS operations.
• Design and implement systems to control costs in a dynamic environment.
• Motivate, coach, and train area managers and associates with feedback.
• Design and control delivery schedules to maximize store service and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following safety policies and reducing accident costs.
