Williams-Sonoma, Inc Supply Chain in Dayton, NJ is seeking an Outbound Manager to lead hourly associates and drive on-time shipments, productivity, and service quality in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will develop goals, monitor KPIs, ensure safe operations, and coordinate daily, weekly, and peak-season labor plans while maintaining budget discipline. Onsite role with strong emphasis on hands-on leadership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Onsite role in Dayton, NJ with strong distribution/warehouse focus.
• 3–5 years of distribution or manufacturing management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates to meet or exceed goals and use KPIs to drive improvements.
• Maintain on-time shipments, optimize people utilization and communication.
• Ensure policy adherence and provide coaching and development.
• Direct and ensure top service for internal and external customers.
• Develop performance goals and manage safety within the DC.
• Plan daily/weekly/monthly labor schedules and peak season demand.
• Meet financial plans and budget objectives.
