Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Operations Manager in Stockton, CA to lead inbound, warehouse, outbound and transportation functions within a large distribution center. You will work with the General Manager to drive productivity, safety and efficiency across multiple shifts and hourly associates.

Responsibilities include optimizing warehouse layout, coaching supervisors, and partnering with 3PL or carrier teams to meet service goals. A Bachelor's in ops or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience in a distribution/logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead to ensure operational excellence across inbound, warehouse, outbound and transportation areas.
• Coach, train and develop associates and supervisors to improve performance.
• Collaborate with GM/AGM to optimize staffing, processes and cost-to-serve.
• Ensure safety and adherence to Home Depot policies and procedures.
• Oversee relationships with 3PL or transportation carriers and monitor performance.
