Job summary

Nri 3pl is looking for an Assistant DC Manager who will support the DC Manager in overseeing team performance and operational goals. Responsibilities include managing client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and ensure high-quality service.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree or have significant relevant experience, along with excellent technical skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Background in apparel/footwear in a pick and pack environment preferred.
• Experience in continuous improvement tools/methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall performance of assigned facilities/shifts.
• Plans and communicates production goals to Supervisors.
• Works with People Experience Team regarding staffing levels.
• Provides regular production reports and maintains information on performance.
• Trains, develops and mentors all Supervisors.
