Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking an Assistant DC Manager to lead shift performance while supporting Supervisors and labor planning. You will focus on LEAN initiatives, team performance, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics (or 5 years of relevant experience), strong WMS skills, and a proven ability to collaborate across departments. The role offers growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related field (or 5 years relevant experience).
• Experience in continuous improvement to drive fulfillment, quality, efficiency and safety.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall performance of assigned facilities/shifts via KPIs.
• Plan and communicate production goals to Supervisors; adjust staffing and processes for efficiencies.
• Train, mentor and approve wage adjustments for Supervisors; manage annual vacations; ensure coverage.
