Tractor Supply Company invites applications for its Frankfort, NY 2027 Summer Distribution Center Internship Program. This on-site, 11-week internship offers hands-on exposure to DC operations, leadership development, and a steppingstone toward DC supervision.

You’ll gain mentorship, full-time 40-hour weeks, and relocation support as eligible. The program targets rising seniors pursuing supply chain or related degrees, with demonstrated leadership and strong communication, problem-solving, and

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; rising seniors preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through previous employment, internships, campus organizations, extracurricular activities, or other experiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Ability to relocate to and reside in the area for the duration of the internship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
