Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is offering a 11-week Distribution Center Operations Summer Internship in Navarre, OH, starting May 2027. This onsite program provides hands-on experience in DC operations and leadership, with exposure to inbound/outbound flows, inventory, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field; rising seniors preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through previous employment, internships, campus activities, or similar.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across Distribution Center operations and product flow, focusing on productivity, quality, and safety.
• Partner with DC leaders to support daily priorities and performance goals.
• Develop leadership by communicating expectations, building relationships, and guiding Team Members.
• Analyze operational challenges and propose solutions to improve performance.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving efficiency, quality, productivity, and safety.
• Demonstrate adaptability and sound decision-making in changing conditions.
• Take initiative, be accountable, and apply feedback to grow during the internship.
• Complete additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
