Johnstone Supply, a leading HVACR distributor, is hiring a Material Handler II to support warehouse operations. You will receive, stock, and ship products, operate forklifts and other equipment, and ensure accurate inventory control and paperwork.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year related experience.
• Experience operating forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and competently.
• Preferred: experience with inventory management systems and OSHA safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) safely to locate and move products.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders; maintain accurate paperwork and labeling.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory control; maintain safe work area and equipment.
• Follow SOPs and reporting procedures; communicate with team and supervisors.
