Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience operating forklift and warehouse equipment.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• English proficiency required; HVAC wholesale knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely to locate and move products.
• Receive, unload, and verify shipments and paperwork.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy to minimize damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and labeling.
• Assist in training and enforcing safety procedures.
