Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a DC Operations Manager in California to lead maintenance, safety, and daily distribution activities in a complex DC. You will work with the GM/AGM to optimize productivity, manage a team, and ensure cost-effective facility operation.

Responsibilities include supervising equipment maintenance, implementing safety programs, and coaching associates to achieve performance goals. The role requires relocation flexibility and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business, or supply chain.
• Minimum 3 years in distribution environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, weekends and holidays; relocation possible.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operational excellence in warehouse areas and WMS operations; optimizes inventory flow.
• Manages facility maintenance, safety compliance, and contractor coordination.
• Reviews maintenance and quality reports; implements cost-effective improvements.
• Fosters a safety culture and enforces safety policies across the DC.
• Coaches and develops associates through formal and on-floor training.
