Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, trains, and develops associates through on-floor coaching and formal evaluations.
• Maintains a culture of safety by enforcing Home Depot safety policies and inspecting facilities.
• Manages and oversees facility maintenance, repair, and contractor bids; ensures safety and budget compliance.
• Reviews maintenance, production and quality data to plan and adjust activities.
