Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a maintenance-focused leader for our distribution center operations. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and oversees a team of 7 direct reports, driving equipment and facility maintenance to support continuous operations.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in similar roles, an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), and experience in a DC setting. Travel is occasional, with emphasis on safety and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related role.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Experience in a distribution center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, trains, and develops associates; conducts on-floor coaching and formal evaluations; ensures certifications where required.
• Maintains a culture of safety by following policies and inspecting facilities and equipment.
• Oversees maintenance of facility and equipment; reviews contractor bids; ensures safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Reviews maintenance, production and quality control reports to plan and adjust activities.
