Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to drive maintenance strategy in a large distribution center. You will lead a team, oversee repair and installation of equipment, and manage contractor relationships to keep operations running smoothly.

You will ensure safety compliance, coach and develop staff, and review performance data to optimize facilities and processes. Overnight travel may be required 5–20% of the time.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent required in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Facilities Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, trains, and develops associates; provides feedback and ensures certifications.
• Ensures culture of safety and compliance with safety, security and operational standards.
• Manages facility maintenance, equipment repair, and contractor oversight to ensure continuous operations; reviews bids and ensures safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Reviews maintenance, production and quality reports; recommends cost-effective changes to facilities and equipment.
