The Home Depot is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to lead operations, maintenance, and safety across a complex DC. You will drive efficiency in warehousing processes, oversee WMS usage, and manage a team of supervisors and associates.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in distribution, a degree in Operations/Supply Chain, and strong leadership with a focus on safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 3 years of distribution environment experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with conveyor systems, Material Handling Equipment and PLC controls.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays; relocation flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence across warehouse areas, manage WMS and equipment.
• Oversee facility maintenance, contractor bids, and safety/budget compliance.
• Review maintenance/production reports to plan activities and optimize costs.
• Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coach and develop associates; ensure certifications and union-free environment.
