Home Depot in the United States is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to drive operational excellence across warehouse functions, optimize inventory flow, and lead a team of supervisors to meet performance targets.

You will oversee maintenance, safety, contractor management, and analytics to improve costs and reliability while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. This role requires flexibility and a readiness to relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years old or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• At least 3 years in a distribution environment.
• Willing to relocate and work flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Ensure operational excellence in all warehouse areas, including WMS and equipment; ensure inventory is received efficiently and safely processed; maintain layout and organization for optimal loads to stores and customers.
• Oversee facility maintenance; review contractor bids; select contractors; ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality compliance.
• Review maintenance, production and quality control reports to plan maintenance; implement cost-effective changes while complying with safety standards.
• Foster a culture of safety; monitor DC safety and security; inspect equipment and facilities for compliance.
• Coach and develop Associates; deliver feedback; ensure certifications; maintain a union-free, employee-centered workplace.
