Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Maintenance Manager to drive the success of maintenance operations in a distributed DC environment. You will work with the Maintenance Manager to set strategies and objectives, supervise the maintenance of equipment and facilities, analyze trends, and solve problems to maximize DC productivity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years work experience; 3+ years preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and develop associates; provide on-floor coaching and formal evaluations.
• Maintain culture of safety by following safety policies; inspect facilities and equipment regularly.
• Manage and oversee facility maintenance; review contractor bids; ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
