Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Maintenance Manager to drive the success of maintenance operations in a distribution center environment. You will partner with the Maintenance Manager to develop strategies, oversee equipment and facility maintenance, analyze trends, and manage a team to maximize uptime and efficiency.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and contractors to sustain high performance in a fast-paced DC setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: associate's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum years of work experience: 2 years.
• Preferred leadership: 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Degree concentration in Facilities Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, trains, and develops associates through informal and formal feedback; ensures certifications and a safe, union-free environment.
• Ensures a culture of safety by following Home Depot policies and inspecting facilities and equipment.
• Manages maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment to ensure continuous operations and reviews contractor bids.
• Reviews maintenance, production and quality reports and implements cost-effective, safety-compliant changes.
