Job summary

Sephora, part of LVMH, seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the Distribution Center's inventory control team in Avon, Indiana. You will supervise non-exempt staff, drive daily operations, and ensure accuracy and efficiency on the floor.

The role emphasizes safety, process improvements, cycle counts, and coordination with operations to meet service and budget goals. Knowledge of WMS (preferably JDA) and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• College degree in a logistics-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS); knowledge of JDA WMS preferred.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Supervise non-exempt Inventory Control staff and coordination with temporary staffing agencies.
• Spend ~75% of time on the floor coaching, engaging and developing associates.
• Allocate equipment and labor to meet service levels and budgets.
• Conduct quality and accuracy audits regularly.
• Set expectations and deliver annual performance evaluations for team members.
