Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to drive efficient day-to-day operations at the Distribution Center. This role supervises non-exempt staff and collaborates with staffing agencies to maintain productivity and accuracy on the floor.

Key responsibilities include coaching teams, allocating resources, conducting audits, and delivering performance reviews, while ensuring safety and adherence to policies and goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum college degree in logistics or related field.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably JDA.
• Proficient MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Inventory Control staff and coordination with staffing agencies.
• Spend ~75% on the operational floor coaching and developing associates.
• Manage equipment and labor resources to meet service levels and budgets.
• Conduct regular quality and accuracy audits.
• Administer policies and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Lead annual performance evaluations for each associate.
• Plan and execute cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Update Inventory Control SOPs and train cross-functional teams.
