Job summary

Sephora Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist 1 for a full-time role. The position requires knowledge of warehouse operations, experience with WMS, and strong attention to detail to manage wave planning, scheduling, and reporting.

Responsibilities include training teammates, maintaining safety, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers base pay with potential shift differential and promotes a collaborative, inclusive culture

Qualifications

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications and the ability to learn systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication with associates and vendors at multiple levels.
• Flexible to change and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proactive to business needs.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow all established SOPs to ensure integrity of work and production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental methods and SOPs.
• Proactively respond to direction from leadership and other personnel.
• Follow safety rules and regulations to ensure safe practices.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible schedule including overtime.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
