Sephora is seeking an Inventory Control Shift Coordinator 1 for the Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. The role ensures productivity, accuracy, safety, and security by assigning tasks, tracking progress, operating WMS, balancing inventory, and coordinating cross-shift communication.

You will lead a team, prioritize work, communicate daily goals, monitor performance, and train staff per procedures.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Know how differing operating activities impact distribution center.
• Use in-house systems to track and monitor activities.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to associates.
• Communicate daily goals and coordinate plans.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Train associates per procedures.
• Follow safety rules and report violations.
• Comply with loss prevention policies.
• Maintain attendance and a flexible schedule.
