Qualifications

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System or aptitude to learn systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook for reporting and communication.
• Strong math skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to ensure integrity of work and output.
• Train floor associates in procedures.
• Respond to leadership directions and coordinate with shift staff.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Maintain attendance and flexible to shifts including overtime.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
