Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is offering an onsite 11-week Human Resources Summer Internship in Macon, GA, beginning May 2027. The program provides mentorship, professional development, hands-on HR exposure, and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s or master’s in HR, business, management, or related field; rising seniors preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced Distribution Center environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR with policies, compliance, and employment practices.
• Support Team Member relations, coaching, and relationship building.
• Help analyze workforce data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support recruiting for hourly and technical roles, including interviews.
• Coordinate and facilitate training and onboarding activities.
• Assist with orientation, onboarding, and safety initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
