Tractor Supply Company is hiring for our 2027 Distribution Center (DC) Human Resources Summer Internship Program in Maumelle, AR. This is an onsite, 11-week internship beginning in May 2027.

The Distribution Center HR Summer Internship is designed for students interested in building a career in Human Resources while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced distribution environment. Interns will work alongside experienced HR and Operations leaders while supporting HR programs and initiatives

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; rising seniors preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize information, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to relocate to Maumelle, AR for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• HR Policies & Compliance – support communication and application of HR policies and regulations.
• Team Member Relations – partner with HR leaders to support questions and workplace matters.
• HR Data & Insights – assist with analyzing workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends.
• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition – support recruiting activities for hourly and technical positions.
• Training & Development – assist with coordinating and facilitating training for Team Members.
• Onboarding & Orientation – support new hire onboarding activities.
• Safety Support – assist with safety initiatives and investigations.
• HR Projects & Process Improvement – contribute to projects focused on improving processes and Team Member experience.
