Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring for its 2027 Distribution Center Human Resources Summer Internship in Maumelle, AR. This 11-week, on-site program begins May 2027 and runs 40 hours per week with relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Interns work alongside HR and Operations, gaining hands-on experience in policies, onboarding, training, recruiting, and data insights to support the Team Member lifecycle and DC operations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s or master’s in HR, business, management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must relocate to Maumelle, AR for the internship duration.

Responsibilities

• Support HR policies and ensure consistent application of regulations.
• Assist with Team Member relations and address workplace questions.
• Analyze workforce data and HR metrics for insights.
• Support recruiting activities for hourly and technical roles.
• Coordinate and facilitate training for Distribution Center staff.
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Support safety initiatives and investigations in collaboration with HR/Operations.
• Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes and team experience.
