Tractor Supply Company is currently hiring for our 2027 Distribution Center (DC) Human Resources Summer Internship Program in Navarre, OH. This is an onsite, 11-week internship beginning in May 2027.

The Distribution Center Human Resources Summer Internship is designed for students interested in building a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced distribution environment. Interns will work alongside experienced HR and Operations leaders while supporting HR

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; rising seniors preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to organize information, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Distribution Center environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to relocate to and reside in the Navarre, OH area for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

Tractor Supply Company is currently hiring for our 2027 Distribution Center (DC) Human Resources Summer Internship Program in Navarre, OH. This is an onsite, 11-week internship beginning in May 2027.

The Distribution Center Human Resources Summer Internship is designed for students interested in building a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced distribution environment. Interns will work alongside experienced HR and Operations leaders while supporting HR programs and initiatives that directly impact Distribution Center Team Members.

Throughout the summer, interns will gain exposure to areas such as Team Member relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, HR policies and compliance, workforce data, and safety. Interns will contribute to meaningful projects, develop an understanding of how HR partners with Operations, and gain firsthand experience supporting the Team Member lifecycle. The program provides an opportunity to strengthen HR, communication, and leadership skills while learning how our Distribution Centers support Tractor Supply's nationwide operations.
