Neko Health is seeking a Market Activation Lead to oversee the local growth and activation strategy for our Washington, D.C. location.

You will be the face of the brand locally, building relationships with members, influencers, partners, and the wider consumer community to support bookings and retention. This role blends community management, marketing, events and partnerships to ensure the clinic delivers an exceptional experience, stays top of mind locally, and becomes a trusted local

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in community management, marketing, events or partnerships.
• Strong existing network within Washington, D.C. community.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Commercially minded with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for startups and community-building in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish Neko as a visible, trusted presence in Washington, D.C.
• Build and maintain a network of local influencers, partners, and stakeholders to drive referrals.
• Deliver a pipeline of bookings by leading local growth initiatives and optimizing awareness-to-appointment conversion.
• Launch and run events, activations, and partnerships to keep the clinic top of mind and drive bookings.
• Develop internal ways of working with clinical, operations, and marketing teams for alignment.
• Establish reporting and insights into local performance including bookings and engagement metrics.
• Build a recognizable local brand presence that drives trust and demand in the DC market.
