You will manage community, marketing, events and partnerships, launching activations and a calendar of local initiatives to keep the clinic top of mind and widely talked about.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in community management, marketing, events, or partnerships.
• Strong existing network within the Miami community, including influencers and local partners.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Commercially minded with strong organizational skills and startup enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Establish Neko as a visible, trusted presence in Miami.
• Build and maintain a network of local influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Deliver a consistent pipeline of bookings by leading local growth initiatives.
• Launch and run a calendar of events, activations, and partnerships.
• Develop internal ways of working with clinical, operations, and marketing teams.
• Establish reporting on local performance, bookings, retention, and engagement.
• Build a recognisable local brand presence that drives trust and demand.
