You will work with the General Manager to launch the market, plan activations, and capture leads, then help convert this early member base into sustained growth and exceptional studio experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, events, marketing, or community engagement.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for health, wellness, and boutique fitness.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and community events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Opening: Launch the Market by building relationships with local businesses and planning activations.
• Win new members by growing partnerships and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Post-Opening: Grow the community by driving referrals and studio goals.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience during shifts and support desk operations.
