Your role combines community management, marketing, events and partnerships to ensure the clinic is top of mind locally, widely talked about, and delivers an exceptional experience while supporting growth metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in community management, marketing, events, and/or partnerships.
• Strong existing network within the Miami community, including influencers and local partners.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Commercially minded with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for startups and community-building; thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish Neko Health as a visible, trusted presence in Miami.
• Build and maintain a high-quality network of local influencers, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Deliver a steady pipeline of bookings by leading local growth initiatives and optimizing conversion.
• Launch and manage a calendar of events, activations, and partnerships.
• Develop strong internal ways of working with clinical, operations, and marketing teams.
• Establish clear reporting and insights into local performance, including bookings and engagement metrics.
• Build a recognisable local brand presence that drives trust and demand in the Miami market.
