Job summary

The LINE DC is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent who is a DC Ward 1 resident to join our team. You will welcome guests, coordinate with departments, and ensure smooth check-in/out while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour with a Ward 1 resident bonus of $300. Health, dental and vision benefits are provided along with growth opportunities within The LINE DC community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years related hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ethical conduct and professional integrity in all guest interactions.
• Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a smile and make eye contact.
• Establish and maintain communications with colleagues and other departments.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, addressing requests and complaints.
• Check in guests ensuring correct room type and rate is charged.
• Arrange luggage delivery and issue room keys as needed.
• Reconcile transactions and maintain a balanced front desk operations.
