Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a smile and maintain eye contact.
• Handle guest interactions in person and by phone with hospitality and professionalism.
• Check in guests and ensure correct room type and rate is charged.
• Settle guest bills accurately and balance cash.
• Reconcile all transactions at the end of each shift.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
