The LINE DC seeks a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team in Adams Morgan, DC. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3 years related hospitality or service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest promptly with a friendly approach and maintain eye contact.
• Establish and maintain communications with colleagues and other hotel departments.
• Handle guest interactions in-person and by phone with hospitality and professionalism; resolve inquiries and issues.
• Check in guests and ensure correct room type and rate are applied.
• Arrange luggage delivery and issue room keys as needed.
• Check out guests, collect payment, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Balance cash and reconcile transactions at shift close.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, hours, and amenities.
